10mm German

All of these miniatures are Pendraken. Between Ian and I, we can muster about 4000 points I think.

Ian's bits.

German Infantry. These I painted for him but he wanted them based on FOW bases. (Don't ask me why!)

Opel Blitz's

StuG's

Panzer IV's

Halftracks

My stuff

Big Cats! Tigers painted by me, Panthers bought from Dave Robotham.

Recce Battalion.
This gives something a bit different to play with, loads of A/Cs and a good mix of weapons. Can easily be bolstered by an Infantry battalion and still not be an Uber gaming force.

Battalion HQ with Heavy Company

HQ (45pts)
Heavy A\C Platoon - 234/1 (30pts)
Heavy A\C Platoon - 234/3 (55pts)

Cannon Platoon - 234/3 (55pts)
Pioneer Platoon - 251/7 (50pts)
8cm Mortar Platoon 251/2 + Heavy Mortar (80pts)

A/C Company

HQ (45pts)
4 x A\C Platoons - 4 x 250/9 (80pts)

Lt Recce Company

HQ (45pts)
3 x Rifle Platoons - 3 x 250/1 + 3 x Infantry Units (135pts)
Support HT - 250/10 (20pts)

Heavy recce Company

HQ (45pts)
Mortar Platoon - 250/1 + Mortar (60pts)
2 x MG Platoons - 2 x 250/1 + 2 x MG (90pts)
3 x Rifle Platoons - 3 x 250/1 + 3 x Infantry Units (135pts)
Support HT - 250/10 (20pts)

Not that I intend playing to points, but I've referenced them in the above. I've downgraded the cost of all the Recce Troops by 20pts as directed by Pete (The author) as the rules only allow 1 recce unit per 1000pts. I can then allocate the recce ability to these units as I see fit. Total, the Battalion comes to 990pts.
